Frank & Lauren are such a sweet couple! They met in 2014. Frank or Frankie as Lauren calls him, was her exercise instructor. A friend of hers recommended the gym where he worked. As soon as she started his class she remembers thinking, how cute he was! Months later she was out for a drink and a mutual friend spotted her and took her over to introduce her to him. Doesn't sound like a coincidence to me! Let's read between the lines maybe Frank remembered her from class and had that friend go over to her so he could officially meet her! What are the odds of being in the same place at the same time with the same friend! Just saying!! But as Lauren said the rest is history!
They had planned an anniversary trip back in March to come to Charleston but had to reschedule because of COVID19. Frank told her that they were due for a little vacation she agreed and was excited to get away! She remembers her Mom suggesting & arranging a manicurist to come to the house a night before to do her nails. Her mom used the excuse that she was tried of hearing her complaining about not being able to do her nails in months! And periodically Frank made little comments here and there about their future together but she still was not expecting but only wishing he would pop the question in 2020!
Meanwhile Frank and I were in touch. He wanted to propose at waterfront Park in front of the Pineapple. I texted him an image of it so he would know which side he should stand at. He made reservations for dinner. And told Lauren that his sister had mentioned that their was a park just down the block from the restaurant that they would be eating at. So he said lets take a walk before dinner.
And like Lauren said, the rest is history! He proposed and it was prefect! Even though it was a bid overcast the lightening was great! And what I liked is that Frank coordinated his clothing with hers and still not letting on about what he was up to! So here are a few pics of their special day! Leanor
